Fidelis Ogbobe is a Police Officer with over two decades experience in the Nigeria Police Force. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Second-Class Upper Division, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Second Class Upper Division and a Bachelor at Law (BL) from the Nigeria Law School also with Second Class Upper Division. His academic sojourn includes a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Master Degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Conflict, Peace and Strategic Studies. He is a youth advocate and an advocate of introduction of Human Security in Policing and Criminal Justice Administration. He has brought his over two decades experience in the Nigeria Police Force out which about a decade as a law officer and a prosecutor in Nigeria Police Force Legal Department to bear in this conference. He is a good family man, married to his girlfriend Tonia and the marriage is blessed with children: CHIBUGO, IFEADIGO AND CHIMZARAM.
